Consistency is the key to building a bedtime routine. Be sure to select activities that you can keep up with and tweak as you go.
Intentionally select activities
Select activities your child will enjoy and look forward during bedtime routine. My kids love our Bedtime Brain Break activity. Check it out below.

It takes up to 21 days to form a habit. It will take time for your child to get adjusted, which may mean more snuggles, more laughs, or one more story.
always do routine in your child's room
Having your kid’s bedtime routine in their rooms makes it easier for them to doze off even after you leave the room.
