So, What’s LTK or LiketoKnowIt & How to Use it?

Hey Sis, today I want to share all the deets about the LiketoKnowIt platform and how it brings value to YOU. I’m sure you’ve seen the pretty little heart icon on a few of my Instagram posts and stories. You’ve probably wondered what it meant and why it was stamped on a few of my images. No worries! This post has got you covered. By the time you’re done reading this, you’ll know exactly why I love LTK or LiketoKnow.

It is so much and why you should too!

What’s LiketoKnow.It?

Liketoknow.It, also referred to as the LTK, is the largest influencer shopping app EVER! And guess what! It’s free to download and use all day, every day. The LiketoKnow.it platform was created by the company RewardStyle, which helps influencers, content creators, and bloggers monetize and build relationships with their favorite brands. LTK gives you the ability to follow your favorite bloggers & influencers, view all of their shoppable posts and links to their favorite items, and access exclusive sales all in one place.

So, How do I use LiketoKnowIt?

Using LiketoKnow. it is super easy. First, download the app from your app store onto your mobile device. Or you can enter the URL: LiketoKnow.it into your web browser. Next, enter your email address and create your profile. Within 10 minutes or less, you’ll be ready to get your shop on! Once your profile is completed, you can search for specific products or items or search for your favorite bloggers, influencers, and friends to see their shoppable posts and follow their feeds.

How to shop a Post?

There are 3 cool ways to shop a post. The first is by clicking the post that has the item you like on your LTK app or website. Next, click the specific product directly from the grid below the post, and voila! You’ll be redirected to the featured product site with any extra savings included.

The second way to shop a post is by taking a screenshot of the enabled post directly from Instagram or Pinterest, and the LiketoKnow.it app will immediately send you an email with the products from your screenshot.

The third way to shop an LTK post is right here on my blog. I’ve placed a unique Shop my Faves tab on the upper right-hand side of the navigation menu. There you’ll find my latest LTK posts! If anything sparks your interest, simply click the post, and you’ll be taken to my personal LTK page on the app or browser.

What’s an Enabled Post?

Remember that heart icon I mentioned earlier? Well, LTK utilizes its heart icon/logo to enable its posts. The heart icon will appear in the lower right corner of the image. Another way a post is enabled is if it is mentioned in the caption for that post. You will either see an LTK URL or verbiage about downloading the app to shop the post. Simply take your screenshot or head over to the URL provided for that direct post.

Why do I Need LiketoKnow.It?

Sis, LTK was created with you in mind. Have you ever scrolled through your Instagram feed and spotted a cute pair of shoes on a post and wanted to know what brand they were and where you could get them? Or have you ever watched an Instagram story and seen the perfect setup for a child’s room and wanted the decor deets? LTK saves you from having to ask about a particular item that piqued your interest. With an LTK profile or an enabled LTK post, you can head directly to that specific post and shop the items linked.

LTK makes it easy for you to get the savings and heads up on direct savings from brands that you love. Not ready to shop right away? No worries, with LTK you can save an item or a post by double-tapping the heart button on the left of the image. The LTK will store your saved items in a folder for your viewing at a later time and will also send a roundup email with your recently saved links on the app.

Lastly, when you shop using the LTK app, a small commission from your purchase of linked items is paid to the blogger or influencer who posted the link.
